Meadows offers Express FREE shipping worldwide.

Free Shipping applies to all orders above £120 in the UK and £200 for all other countries.

Delivery Rates & Times

All orders will ship out the next working day, excepting weekends and bank holidays, so please add one day onto the delivery schedule below. Please note that during sale periods it may take a little longer.

UK - Shipping via UPS Standard - 1-5 working days for orders placed before 12pm For orders under £120 shipping is £7. Please note the Channel Islands fall under rest of the world and will ship with OCS.

REST OF THE WORLD – Shipping via OCS, shipping times vary. For orders under £200 shipping price varies between £10 - £30 depending on the country, this shipping price will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid) meaning the shipping and tax/duty is calculated and paid at checkout, so you do not have to pay anything on receipt of your parcel. Feel free to email us for more information. Customers ordering from Italy and Spain please can you provide us with your tax ID number via email, this is required for your order to clear customs, thank you!

Unfortunately due to the current situation in Ukraine and Israel couriers have suspended shipping to Ukraine, Russia, Moldova and Israel. We are extremely sorry but we are unable to ship to these countries for the time being.

- Ceramics

How do I track my parcel?
Please use the tracking number from your confirmation email to track the delivery

Will I be charged tax or duty?

As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and will be calculated for you at checkout along with the shipping.

Can I change my delivery address?
Not a problem if you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for us to re-arrange delivery but in either instance please contact us and we will see what we can do.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been shipped.

Can I have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?
Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address in the checkout.

What happens if I am not there to sign for my order?
If in the UK DPD will send you a text prior to delivery to confirm the hour of delivery. At this point you will have the option to change the time. If you are out and no one is available to sign for your order then the courier will leave a card.

Can I pick up my order or drop back my exchange / refund to your studio?
Our stock is now held at an offsite warehouse so at the moment this is not possible.
