All orders returned within 14 days, from the date you received your order, are eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns after this period will only be accepted at our discretion.
All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 14 working days, from the date you sent the items back, for us to receive and process your return. Refunds made via PayPal e-Cheque can take up to 10 working days to clear. Please note the shipping cost for international orders is non-refundable.
How To Return Your Item(s) - UK Customers
Meadows offers FREE RETURNS for UK customers via DPD. Please fill in the returns slip included with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you wish to exchange your items, remember to specify for which product, colour & size, using the space provided. Please note during Sale periods we do not offer free returns on sale items, however if you wish to return an item bought at full price, please email info@meadows-
store.com and we will be able to provide you with a free dpd returns label.
Please repackage the item(s) with original labelling intact and apply the DPD returns label to the front of the box. Drop the package to your nearest DPD Pickup shop (www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator).
Meadows cannot be responsible for items lost in the post so please obtain proof of postage, this will also have your tracking number should you need us to investigate please quote this number.
How To Return Your Item(s) - International Customers
Currently we do not have a freepost service for International orders. Please arrange return postage to the address at the bottom of the returns slip and mark box as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package and on the commercial invoice.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your return for your refund/exchange to be processed through our warehouse.
Returning Sale Items
We do not offer free returns for items purchased in any of our discounted sales. Please arrange return postage to the address at the bottom of the returns form and mark box as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
Can I exchange my order for completely different items?
If you are exchanging for items with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you would like to exchange for items with a higher value, you will need to request a refund on the original order and place a new order for the replacement items of higher value. We will refund your original purchase as soon as we receive the goods back.
How long will it take to send out my exchange items?
We receive returns daily, Monday – Friday. You should allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed from the date you sent the products back to us, although it can take longer during busy periods such as xmas and sale.
Will I be charged tax or duty on my replacement item?
We mark all replacement shipments as ‘exchange’ or ‘replacement’ with ‘no commercial value’, on the basis taxes would have been paid on the original order. In the unlikely event the your local authorities request taxes on the replacement item, we recommend that you dispute these charges with them directly.
How long will it take to process my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days from the date you sent the products back to us. We will send you a confirmation email to notify you we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, dependent on the card issuer. Refunds via Paypal take between 5 to 10 working days to arrive into your Paypal account.
