Edinburgh based Grainne Morton creates her intricate pieces using objects that she has collected over the years and piecing them together until they establish a relationship to each other, creating beautiful tales for the viewer. Her work is a mixture of vintage and contemporary, precious and non-precious, spontaneous and ordered, junk and treasure. Each piece reflects Grainne's individuality and expression of self. 

Bird and antique buttons with perfectly balanced precious gems, set in 18k/ct gold plated silver. Other materials include: antique buttons, mother of pearl, turquoise, labradorite, pearl, and vintage glass.
